Sauvignon Blanc Private Reserve - Falkenstein

Distinguishing itself through its complex aromas of blackcurrant, grapefruit and elderflower, with an aftertaste characterized by a decided acidity. Sauvignon grape clusters are dense and relatively small. They are harvested by hand at the end of September and then processed with exceeding care.

As with the other white wines, Sauvignon grapes are transferred to large acacia casks to commence fermentation, remaining for ten months to sediment.

Once bottled, the wine is stored for a further sixty months, allowing it to develop its character.
