Ghibellino - Casa Vinicola Aldo Rainoldi
Alpi Retiche IGT - Casa Vinicola Aldo Rainoldi
The Ghibellino grapes are harvested through a hand picking. Following a careful selection of the bunches and a soft crushing-destemming, fermentation takes place in steel at a low temperature where it ages on the lees for 5 months.
Subsequently the wine completes its refinement in the bottle.
Aldo Rainoldi's Ghibellino is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is complex and typically varietal aromas emerge, with notes of mint, pink grapefruit, pineapple and mango.
On the palate it is fine characterized by a correct acidity and flavor. In term of food pairing and serving temperature Aldo Rainoldi's Ghibellino is a versatile wine, perfect to accompany both fish and white meat first courses. In addition, you can also try a classic from Valtellina, bresaola, accompanied by fresh cheeses. The recommended serving temperature is 13 ° C.
