Three incredible red wines to be served at 16 degrees, perfect for summer. Faro by Palari, Sassella Riserva by Aldo Rainoldi and Pinot Noir by Serafini & Vidotto.
Wines made from varieties such as nebbiolo delle alpi, nerello mascalese and pinot noir are best served at 16 degrees, making them perfect for a summer dinner on the terrace or a lunch in the garden.
A serving temperature of 16 degrees for these medium-aged red wines (2012 and 2016), with good structure and tannicity, brings out not only their elegance, but above all their tertiary aromas and the pleasantness of the taste given by the balance of the soft and hard parts of the wine.
Higher temperatures would bring out unpleasant scents, such as excess alcohol, covering the ripe fruit scents, which instead enhance the special characteristics of these wines.
Enjoy this beautiful summer with our Faro by Palari, Sassella Riserva by Aldo Rainoldi and Pinot Noir by Serafini & Vidotto.
